I am a firm believer that all of us have what it takes to make it in today's competitive and changing world. It has been proven that the key to success has very little to do with your education, ability or skill level. The secret to success is simple: find your purpose and pursue it. Discovering and choosing your life's purpose is not easy...but its worth it. While it may be challenging... understanding your purpose, will give your life a whole new sense of meaning, drive and passion for living!
So what stops us from reaching our goals? Among the many factors, I belive that "fear and regret" would rank at the top of the list. Fear of failure, fear of rejection, fear of criticism, and even the fear of success. Regret, guilt and shame from past decisions and mistakes. While nutritionist and medical experts often warn us of the side effects associated with certain foods that we eat...I am a firm believer, that its not only what we are eating that affects us... but what's eating us. Now the good news! God did not give us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Life may not be equal or fair, but we have all been blessed with gifts and talents. We have been endowed with the seeds of greatness. That if we would act on what we have been given... then the world would never be the same.
